The Community Assistance Program is the main focus of Community Lifelines. In a spirit of community, pharmaceutical companies, local pharmacies, clinics and organizational groups are working together to control health care costs.

• Who benefits?  Consumers without health insurance and those who are under-insured benefit by using a Prescription Drug Discount Card.

• How are the cards distributed?  Clinics all across America are handing out the CAP free discount Rx card with each prescription.  Clubs, churches, businesses and other groups are re-gifting the CAP cards to their members and customers.
